With over 25 years of experience in the financial markets, Martin is uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers in all aspects of their residential or investment real estate experience. Bringing a high level of enthusiasm and integrity to the process, and by understanding the differing needs of each client, Martin provides both buyers and sellers with a professional and results-driven approach to each real estate transaction.

With an emphasis on assisting clients with properties in Bostons Back Bay and outlying suburbs, particularly the Metro-West area outside of Rte 128, Martin brings in depth tools and understanding, research and comparative analyses, and personalized one-on-one attention to every real estate transaction to ensure that each clients requirements are addressed and not forgotten over the course of looking for the perfect property or bringing a qualified buyer to the closing table.

Born in Seattle, raised in Denver and a graduate of Colorado State University, where Martin obtained his BSBA - concentration in Accounting, Martin has lived and worked in New York, Stamford, Bermuda and Luxembourg before being relocated to Boston in 1999. In addition to his wealth of experience in the local real estate scene, Martin is a licensed certified public accountant and notary public. He lives in South Natick with his wife Judy and their beagles, WA Starbuck and Lele Grace Tigger Too.

Martin is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Massachusetts and is the Broker/Owner of WEICHERT, REALTORSŽ-Synergy, which commenced operations in May 2008. Despite launching his new firm in one of the worst business cycles in recent history, Martin has won the recognition and respect of the local business community for his efforts to educate consumers on every aspect of their real estate transaction and for hiring and training professional real estate agents who uphold integrity and ethics in their dealings with their clients and the public.
